Dell Best Customer Service . . .

Recently I encountered a problem with my laptop. I heard some noise from my laptop speakers when I was playing some media files. So, I called the toll free Dell customer care telephone number.

The person who answered the phone responded positively throughout the conversation. He asked me to turn on my laptop and continued to provide suggestions and troubleshooting.

After trying all possible ways to solve the problem, he couldn't find a right solution. He told me that a service man would be coming to my residence in a day or two to change my speakers.

Next day, I received a call from a nearby Dell service center informing me that someone would be coming to my home shortly. Within 3 hours from the call, a service man came to my home and replaced the speakers with new ones.

I was amazed that he didn't charge me any money for this replacement. I was completely happy with the service provided, and gave him the same feedback.
