Flow Machines are Good but Flowparts are Not!

I am very happy with my Flow machine. It is an 87k dynamic 6x12, but Flowparts as a web site has got to be the palest thing I have ever seen.

All OMAX and Maxiem Machines are made at the same factory in the US.

Isn't this machine made in China? I have heard some reliability issues in the field compared to some of the other major brands?? Doesn't Omax make a higher level machine here in the US?

I ordered a Maxiem 1530 made by Omax. We had a lot of trouble at first, which cost me a ton of money in time and bad cuts. After a month of different technicians coming out and thinking they solved the problem, we finally got it fixed. Omax flew several people in from out of state and they figured out the the installation was done incorrectly which caused one side of the bridge to skip.

Six months later, we have had zero problems, and our waterjet cuts perfectly. Recently, we ran our machine for three weeks straight 22 hrs a day. We put it to the test and it passed with flying colors.

It's an affordable machine that's backed by Omax. Omax goes above and beyond to serve their customers. Their customer service is almost unbelievable. I wouldn't go with anyone else but Omax.

although flowparts isn't the easiest web site to navigate, flow dose offer live 24/7 customer and tech service via the phone. So if you cant find what you need online you just need to make a phone call.
